"How do I even begin this review? I’ve been here twice, because I always believe in trying things twice, just in case the first time was just a bad day. Well both visits made it a bad day. “Break room” yeah- for the people they have “working”. Both times, but especially the second and last time- we were sitting for 15 minutes before anyone bothered humbling themself to speak to us and take our order. My partner ordered dish X, they were out. Okay, he asks for dish Y, waitress says okay. She takes my order. My food comes out half an hour later. His is still MIA. apparently dish Y was also out… so we order dish Z. Dish Z comes out again maybe 30 minutes later. Oh and also the salad was forgotten. The chef had to come out, who was the only staff we could get the attention of-and he got us the salad. My partner asks for the check ASAP, as to avoid waiting another 30 minutes for our waitress to grace us with her presence. Which she never did again anyway. The check comes out, they take payment at table with a machine, the total comes out a great deal too much for the two dishes we could get. I ask if dish Y was added to the bill “yes it is!” After being told dish Y was sold out and NEVER receiving it anyway they still tried to charge us??? So no communication between either the kitchen, or the 3 waitresses they have. Good thing we asked before paying for a dish they said they don’t have but had no issue adding to the bill…. Funny thing to add- during our “meal” being so generous as to call it one, I look at their instagram, (mostly in disbelief that this place is legit) to see a reposted photo on their story of our waitress taking a mirror selfie lol. So that’s where she went ohhhh got it. Again, this place is only a “break room” for the people working here. For everyone else it can be called a “break down room”. As a fellow business owner, I’d be embarrassed to have people like this representing me."
