"Since 2017, the service has not changed. Waited for over 20 minutes at the bar and the bartender never acknowledged me. Even at a table, I did not receive my order, one and only order. After over two hours (the friend that was there first) Waited on food, that did not show up until we were leaving!!!! I will never go back. I do NOT understand how this is acceptable?!?!??!"
