"Come on have some common sense! Retired Navy. Wife had passport having just lost her other ID. Could show she was same last name, could show on Kiosk she could sign in. Showed discretion via USO policy and guy wearing a Gatsby like hat still said no. I even showed him the USO policy for discretion on Google. What would have happened had he made a common sense decision. They won't fire him, sue him, dock his volunteer pay. Ridiculous. It was obviously my wife. At discretion of various centers you can take in fiancee, even girlfriends."
"Very nice volunteers there, my wife and I were passing through on vacation and stayed there to relax and charge our phones a couple hours before our flight."
"Thank you USO for your outstanding support and hospitality while we waited for our flight. Your facilities were exceptionally clean and the volunteers both welcoming and friendly."
