The Watergate Hotel
The Watergate Hotel bar oozes an exclusive, moneyed vibe where history feels less like a lesson and more like a pricey cocktail ingredient. This spot is tailor-made for expense accounts, impressing out-of-towners, or anyone who thinks a scandal adds character to their drink order. You're really paying for that infamous name, the riverfront views from the rooftop, and the unique chance to sip where political careers once drowned.

"We were MORE than impressed by the atmosphere, the staff, the service and the accommodations. For the price, you will NOT find anything better. Also, ask to tour the scandal room. If it's available, they'll take you up there. Also, sunsets are everything."
"My family had a fantastic stay at the watergate! We were impressed by he beautifully appointed room, a special welcome for a milestone birthday, followed by fantastic spa treatments. Staff could not have been nicer and more helpful, especially the following: Rema Halabi for kick-starting the arrangements for our stay; DeAnna Thornton who arranged a great room when the one we wanted was not available and booking the spa, and Mesfin Asfaha, the chief concierge, for finding the time to do a special tour of the scandal room. We will be back. Regards"
"If it wasn't for the issue I had to deal with I would've given this hotel a better score, but nothing was done about any of said issues during a 3 night stay."
