"Posting this in the hope it’s taken as constructive feedback to help improve operations. We came in on Saturday 1/10/26 during the Sailor Jerry festival downstairs. Only one bartender was working the entire bar. She was clearly doing her best, answered menu questions, and was working extremely hard, but she was completely alone and overwhelmed. We ordered food, but about half of it never came. I asked about it twice and was reassured both times that it was on the way. It never arrived. At the end of the night, the only resolution offered was that we wouldn’t be charged for the food that never came. No apology beyond that, no discount, no comped drink, just being allowed not to pay for the bar’s mistake. Drinks themselves were good, and again, this is not a criticism of the bartender, who was clearly stretched too thin. I asked to speak with a manager and was told the manager was busy downstairs. Understood, but that left us with no real way to resolve the issue. We’ve rented this space in the past for corporate events, but based on this experience, we may need to reconsider future bookings. Staffing and management presence during busy events really need attention"
