"The service is horrible. The food was okay. The advertisement is not accurate. So at the time we went for Miami spice “brunch” which is not brunch it’s more Miami spice LUNCH because it does not start serving until 12pm. Then when I did get served after 12pm it’s not even hollandaise sauce it’s some green sauce. I had to show them the picture on my phone about their steak with eggs and hollandaise “yellow” sauce. We had 3 different waiters serving us, it was such a mess. Just a bad experience overall."
"Absolutely loved the brunch at Carillon! The service was excellent from start to finish, and the food was truly amazing. The eggs Benedict with salmon were exceptional perfectly prepared and full of flavor. Everyone was incredibly friendly, which made the experience even better. Today they also had a farmer’s market with a beautiful selection of organic fruits and vegetables. I was pleasantly surprised to see Compost for Life there as well, such an inspiring initiative helping make Miami more sustainable. Overall, a wonderful experience. Highly recommended! The market will be happening every 3rd Sunday of the month, so it’s definitely worth checking out. Left very happy and satisfied! 🌿🍳✨"
