The Roo Pub - San Antonio

"I just drove hours to get to this establishment because every time I visit San San Antonio this is my favorite place to watch sports and have a meal. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had because of my server. We were the only people in the establishment eating dinner at approximately 10 PM. My order came out wrong and instead of correcting it she simply said well, I told them no onions… Are you allergic? I said no I am not. However this is not what I ordered. I specifically said no onions. On top of that my friends order was completely wrong and we were told it would take another 10 minutes. That took well over 20 minutes to come out and it was still wrong. At that point, we told our server the issues and her response as she walked away was well. This is my last day anyways. She ended up getting us Meegan Who was extremely nice and apologetic. She offered to do anything and everything for us, but that’s not what we are looking for. It is a shame that this server ruined the experience. We are currently waiting on a call back from the general manager, because this needs to be addressed immediately. All the way from the kitchen staff to the blatant disrespect out of the server. We have been here when it is balls to the walls busy for football games and the service has been top notch. This is a Wednesday night and we are the only humans eating, how does it get this bad?"
