The Beach Bar

"We had an extremely bad experience here with incredibly unprofessional treatment from the manager and our waitstaff. I thought that as a restaurant and bar manager, he should have the skills to assess, understand, and communicate with customers in a proper and appropriate manner. But no, what we received from him was blatant rudeness, coupled with a disrespectful attitude from a waitstaff member. They claimed we couldn't afford two cocktails and demanded to see our ID and credit card. A terrible lack of respect. Anyone with common sense would know that "they have no right and are not allowed to ask anyone to show their credit card." It's a matter of personal privacy. I've been to many countries and experienced 6-star private services, and this is the first time I've been treated like a homeless person with no financial means at a bar that I consider not even worthy of a 3-star rating. And I'm sure the limit on my black card was beyond the imagination of that restaurant manager. Finally, I just want to reiterate that "The Beach Bar" should reconsider the character and competence of the manager they are currently employing!"
