"I bought 4 tickets + prepaid dinner back in December 2025 for a February 15th 2026 show, this cost us almost $480. We then received an email in mid January that all the shows after January 24th would be cancelled. It stated that they will refund our money if we didn’t change to another show. We had a couple weeks left to pick a show?! There’s no good day before the 24th that we could go and one of our daughters is in college out of town. So I was just waited for our refund. I also got a call on February 13th from someone name Adam who wanted to confirm that I got the email and won’t show up to a cancelled show on the 15th. He told me that he will process the refund. It’s now March 20th and WE STILL GOT NO REFUND. I called and emailed twice the contact info provided on the email… no responses, nothing. They just STOLE our money! I went to Teatro Zinzanni Twice years ango and they are great… thus we wanted to introduced it to our daughters. Sad they are having financial trouble and have to close for now, but do the right thing and REFUND YOUR CUSTOMERS AND DO NOT STEAL THEIR MONEY! I also read on Reddit that they REFUSED TO PAY their employees their last pay check! SHAME ON THEM."
