"Yet another strong showing from one of the Starr Restaurants. Starting with the service, very attentive and professional. You can tell that they don't skimp on their workforce, there's enough well-trained staff on the floor that the guests are truly taken cared of. The drink was well made (we asked for the Pilot but with gin and not too sweet, and they adjusted nicely). The appetizer was ricotta ravioli with some pickled vegetables, which may sound slightly unusual for me but they pulled it off well. We had 2 entrees. First the roasted chicken with crispy skin, perfectly done, not oily at all, it felt like eating a full fledged fried chicken but without most of the sins. Second was the Pennsylvania short rib, also very nice and smoky flavor. Dessert was the Key Lime souffle + Graham ice cream, beautiful combination of tangy & slightly sweet. Can't wait to come back and try the rest of the menu. Of note, a friend of mine was telling me to try the cheese plate appetizer next time."
