Stout House TPC

"Adrian was an excellent bartender! Super personable and friendly, made me feel very welcomed on my first visit. Will be coming back to see him!"

"I was intending not to write a poor review publicly but I emailed management at Stout House and asked to speak with them personally about my experience here last weekend - no response. If you are not a regular or someone they want in the bar, they will discriminate against you all night. That’s what happened to my friends and I, and after reading some of the poor reviews on this Google page, I can see there is a clear pattern. The short form of the story: started with bouncer harassing us for our IDs, told us security was watching us, but didn’t ID or approach anyone else that came in after us. Bar was slow, but bartender ignored us and made us wait 35 min for 3 drinks after asking what our order was 5 different times. He made our drinks in the back of the kitchen not at the bar, gave us the wrong order of beer we asked for, then made an extra drink on accident and charged us for it after flipping us off (we thought it was a joke at first)…oh and the drinks he made had no alcohol, not sure if that was on purpose or not. We didn’t raise hell (although we should’ve at the time) and we paid our tabs with no complaints. We quietly left after we let them pick on us all night. Anything they asked of us all night including our IDs and last names for “security reasons” we obliged and were not rowdy guests at all. I wish they would’ve just kicked us out or denied us entry if they didn’t want us there, we would’ve had a better night. Bottom line: if you aren’t a regular, don’t come here and try it out because you will not be welcome. Aside from all this mistreatment, it was simply boring as hell on a Saturday night anyways and the DJ was on his phone. Love the downtown location tho, highly recommend going there!"
