"Absolutely incredible dinner from start to finish. Everything we ate was a 10/10 from the buttermilk biscuits to the 6oz filet. Cesar salad, crab cakes, whipped potatoes, and mac and cheese were all stellar. Filet was very tender and full of flavor. Best steak I’ve had! Gary our server was top tier and helped curate a great evening. Highly recommend slims and will be coming back the next time we’re in town!"

"Dining at Slim’s in the elegant Bal Harbour Shops was a very pleasant experience. This stylish bistro serves quality French-inspired dishes with friendly and professional service, from the hostess all the way to the waitstaff. * The oysters were fresh, served with red vinegar and shallots, and tasted excellent. * The escargot was absolutely delicious and prepared exactly in classic French style. * The Branzino fish was delicious * The pasta was a good choice for our child and nicely prepared. * The French rosé wine paired perfectly with the meal. Overall, we really enjoyed the atmosphere, the team, and the food, even though the restaurant was slightly noisier than average. We will definitely come back to try more dishes from the menu."

"I visited Slim’s for a date night dinner, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the beautiful ambiance, décor, and overall setup of the restaurant, both inside and out. The hostesses were incredibly accommodating. We requested a larger table with extra space, even though it was just the two of us, and they happily accommodated our request. We really appreciated their kindness and attentiveness. The food and drinks did take a while to arrive, which was the only real downside of the evening. However, once everything made it to the table, it was absolutely worth the wait. The food was some of the best I’ve ever had. While the presentation could have been a bit more creative considering the price point, the quality and flavor of every dish were outstanding. The baked oysters were easily my favorite dish of the night. One issue we encountered was with one of my drinks, which unfortunately had a bug in it. I informed our waiter, and he promptly replaced it with a new one. While I appreciated the quick response, I do feel the original drink should have been removed from the bill. We didn’t order dessert, but the dessert selections looked absolutely amazing and are definitely something I’d like to try on a future visit. The food is definitely on the pricier side, but the overall experience, atmosphere, and quality of the meal make it a place I would happily return to."
