"Staff shortage, especially with the servers only one was working today. Good food, but it took her 35 minutes to get our order taken and she was running constantly. I kept wondering when a manager would come out and assist her."

"I have worked in Blue Ash for years and had Slatt’s several times. The last two times it was so disappointing. The chicken tenders are not near as good as they use to be, they changed the fries which the new ones are not good at all. You used to get four tenders I think and now you get there for the same price. When my husband and I got there for lunch today I asked for rolls and the waitress said let her see and she would be back. Then she took our order and we got two tenders and fries. I asked if I could get a small Caesar salad instead of the fries and the waitress said sure. She ten came back and said it would be a 7 dollar up charge. I told her to forget it then as that is almost half the price of the meal. She then said well do you just want no fries then. I said I would take them anyway as I was paying for them. I did not eat them needless to say. I asked her again if we could have rolls and she said they didn’t have any. A forty dollar lunch and you leave hungry is not a good experience."
