SAHARA Las Vegas

"Large hotel"

"I had a wonderful Staycation experience at the Sahara Hotel & Casino. Fabulous Fine dining @Maroon. His staff was provided excellent service. Music was really great during our meal, its not for soft conversations. Jerk chicken was succulentwith a nice wine selection. Before dinner, stepped out to the pool area, good crowd. No winnings that night, tight machines. My room was in the newly remodeled Alexandria tower suite, very nice."

"Had to call police at 2am on this sahara hotel staff. When we checked in they gave us room 348 which had someone else stuff still in it, that was a jump scare. They apologized and said it was a system error and upgraded us to VIP 21018. At 2am we got rudely woken up by many knocks to the door by scary looking men who say they were hotel security, we call the cops who comes and do confirm they are hotel security, but again it was a system error they say our new room is under someone else name and we should be in 348 which already has someone else in it. They apologized again for the mishap and left but we were terrified and sleep deprived. Just unbelievable bad service, never come here unless you want to get no rest and be scared for your life. Edit1: update the morning after, our room key cards now do not work lmao! This hotel is a joke"
