"I’m a seasoned concert-goer, and I frequently attend events at Revel, often purchasing VIP early access. Unfortunately, the Kid LAROI show was a complete disaster due to utter disorganization from the staff. My sister arrived at 12 p.m.—the show didn’t even start until 9:30 p.m.—and she waited over five hours. When the time came for ticket numbers to be handed out, the gentleman named Ernie completely skipped her, despite her repeatedly trying to get his attention. After waiting all day, we ended up with a number around 53 instead of the first row we deserved. I tried escalating this issue. I spoke to multiple staff members, including one man who assured me he’d keep an eye out, but in the end, we got zero support. When I stood at the front trying to get answers, an older gentleman rudely pushed me back. They kept promising “we’ll fix it,” but it never happened. My mom and sister were also in line earlier, and Ernie had promised them he wouldn’t forget about us, but there we were, stuck behind 30 people with zero recourse. For the $700+ we paid for three VIP tickets, this was unacceptable. I know Revel can do better, and I’ve seen it done better before. The staff needs to get organized, and they need to know exactly who they’re giving out tickets to. I would love to file a formal complaint—Ernie’s lack of accountability ruined the night for us, and the entire situation could’ve been avoided with basic organization."
