"I found this place on a whim because I was craving fresh oysters and did not want to wait in line at the palace station. I was uncertain if I’d made the right decision when I arrived because the place was totally empty. My service was a very attentive, sweet young man. He explained the menu perfectly and even told me about their $1 oysters throughout the week which I had no idea about. The server did inform me oysters they had on hand were small. I ordered a half dozen and was served 8 which I thought was nice considering they were on the smaller side. They were very fresh ! I also ordered the seafood gumbo, which was huuuge! It was flavorful and loaded with seafood! Highly recommend. Will definitely be back!"
