"I ordered the Matcha Banana pudding it was very nice. My ranking system is "Would I get this twice?" The answer is yes. I would return for this item, this is saying a lot considering I do not like Matcha. I don't like the earthy seaweed taste, however I believe that the Matcha used by Phe is higher quality resulting in a smooth inoffensive taste. Even after I had ate all of the banana pudding off the top, the matcha was still smooth and refreshing. I don't like Matcha, I like Phe Matcha. This is a cute modern tea house, that is very busy. The line and drinks however move quickly. There are areas you can sit. The noise is moderate, you can converse. The price is 1.5x-2x that of a Coffee houses specialty drink. Enjoy"

"I ordered a banana pudding matcha latte. On the menu it was described as having banana pudding and toffee bits. It had a symbol next to it that says it "may contain nuts". When I got the drink there was bits on top that looked like almonds so I hesitated and went to ask. They said that it did have almonds. I told them it wasnt on the menu, and "may contain nuts" and "containing nuts" are two completely different things to people with a nut allergy. They disregarded my point and said I have to buy a new drink even though I hadn't touched mine. Ive never had such an unaccommodating experience somewhere in regards to allergies. Fix your menu and make things clear!"

"With all the TT hype the line is of course outrageous, but if you're patient (or get lucky with a short line) you'll be rewarded because the 🍵 and the ☕ are both delicious. Friendly staff as well!"
