"Incredible restaurant in OTR. The ambiance is nice and the service and food were both top notch. Mark explained the menu thoroughly and helped us select some of our dishes. We started with the whipped ricotta which was delicious. More garlicky than most other whipped ricottas but that put it over the edge for me. Our table of 4 ordered 3 pastas and 2 meats and we had plenty of food (and leftovers). Our favorite pastas were the Limone and the Spicy Vodka. The Limone had a zesty freshness that paired perfectly with the veal cutlets we ordered. The breadcrumbs served on the pasta also added a unique but welcomed texture. The spicy vodka was everything you want a vodka sauce to be, just with a little kick. The chicken dish was good as well, although the fennel sausage stole the show on that plate for me. The Sunday sauce was good, but a bit one note for me and I preferred all the other dishes we tried. For dessert we had an Affogato with their Vanilla Mascarpone gelato. They also brought out almond cookies which paired perfectly with the espresso and gelato. Overall this was an excellent dining experience and I highly recommend Pepp & Dolores for a great meal in OTR."

"My husband and I have eaten here a handful of times, he surprised me by taking me here for my birthday with our son this time. The food was fantastic as always!! Julia was our waitress and asked if we were celebrating anything. I let her know it was my birthday and literally no less than 5 different staff members wished me a happy Birthday in a full restaurant. I don't know any other restaurants in the Cincinnati area whose staff communicates that well- it's such a breathe for fresh air to go to a restaurant where the food is absolutely delicious and the staff makes you feel like family the entire time. They brought a kids menu as well for my son, he said it was the best spaghetti he had ever had. The pesto is my absolute favorite, it absolutely does not disappoint. Their kindness and attention to detail does not go unnoticed from the kitchen to the table everything runs so smoothly."
