"Wow, gave this place my money on a subscription for about a year and they cancelled me without notification. Only notification I got was for the unlimited membership they were converting to, unbeknownst to me that I wasn’t a part of. Not even an opportunity to join the new structure so it really feels like not caring about a customer base that believed in them. $199/mo (new rate) isn’t affordable for me anyway. Guess it won’t matter if I never return. Everything had been meh anyway and I agree with the other one star reviews. Bummer this place wasn’t better and cared more."
"This place is awesome! Staff is super friendly! The pizza is good and it’s a great place to get some practice, or just enjoy some time with friends!"
"I had an extremely disappointing experience with Pars and Rec Golf. From the start, communication was inconsistent and unprofessional. I was given information about pricing and membership terms that later changed, and when I tried to get clarification, I felt dismissed instead of helped. They are a bunch of liars to be honest. The billing process was frustrating and unclear. I was charged in ways that were never properly explained, and resolving it took far more effort than it should have. Transparency and customer service were seriously lacking. If you’re considering a membership, DON'T!!"
