"The room was clean except for the hairball on the floor of the bathroom. Also, carpet is old, but, the beds are SO COMFY! I loved the fact that I was on The Strip View side. Great staff! Thank you."
"Fix your parking app. The fact that you can’t pay for parking when the website goes down is ridiculous and the employees at the help desk were worthless."
"This place charges you for a deposit and resort fees and then on top of that they charge their guests for parking this place is a joke. Then they charged my card 183 2 hours after checking in that I was smoking in my room. I don’t smoke or drink and I wasn’t even in my room at the time they charged my card make that make sense??? Don’t stay here it’s not worth the extra charges. On top of keeping my deposit and resort fees of 150 they want to take another 183.00"
