"I would love to know why nobody thought it was important to mention that Sunday Latin Night was being held exclusively on an outdoor patio. It certainly wasn't what the photos led me to believe I was paying for. Every employee gave a different answer about the indoor area. "Yes, it's open." "It'll open later." "No, it's closed." I'm going to need a little transparency, please. By the end of the night, I felt like I was participating in an escape room where the prize was access to air conditioning. Ironically, the line to get into the club was spacious and air conditioned. Every single time I wanted a drink from the bar across the bridge, security made me empty my pockets before letting me cross. Every. Single. Time. I wasn't going to another venue. I was walking 50 feet. Felt like I was going through TSA. The music was actually good, which is unfortunate because the outdoor deck was so tightly packed and hot. No, La Chona could not move. Would not return unless they open the indoor section, find a solution to bridge crossing situation, and reduce the overall population density. I'm giving it 2 stars so nobody can accuse me of being completely disgruntled."

"Abril 05, 2026: Fuimos un viernes y entramos mediante una reservación con un PR que contactamos por IG. Revomendó llegar temprano, ya que las filas suelen ser bastante largas. El acceso demoró más de 40min. El lugar es muy bonito y la famosa lámpara definitivamente es el principal atractivo. Pedimos un Long Beach y, aunque la porción era grande, el sabor era demasiado fuerte en alcohol para mi gusto. Costó alrededor de $1,200 MXN, por lo que me pareció algo caro. También me gustaron los shows que hacen cuando alguien compra una botella o reserva una mesa, ya que le dan mucha energía al ambiente. La lámpara comenzó su espectáculo alrededor de la medianoche y fue lo mejor de la noche."
