North Italia

"North Italia went south very fast! to say i’m disappointed and not going back is an understatement. I will make sure to let my peers know to steer clear after this experience we had. We got sat down very quick in hopes to be attended to quick. NOPE! plenty of servers walked by looked at us and kept moving. The restaurant was not busy what so ever. a 6 party came in after and they got the royal treatment with 2 servers. Water and orders taken while we sat and waited. After about 25 min of being neglected we decided to start looking for an alternative place to eat. 30 min passed and we got up to leave. We spoke with the hostess about what’s going on and why we are leaving but she could’ve cared less. Not even a sorry for the inconvenience or wait. Just a alright bye situation. I used to enjoy my experience at north italia but I will not be returning and I advise anyone reading this to find somewhere else to eat. I heard olive garden got unlimited soup and salad and better service. Thanks!"

"Got sat down. Waited over 30 minutes for a server. Didn’t even receive water or any come take our orders. Told the host and walked out. Awful service."

"We found this place by accident on the way to a concert and now we will always go here if we are in the area. Amazing food, drinks, and service. Dessert was butter cake. Best old fashioned I’ve had on a while. This time they had a Japanese old fashioned…wow. Nothing negative to say about this place. Service has always been wonderful and it’s just a great experience. Btw the price was higher per person because we got multiple drinks plus app and desert."
