Neat & Noble Bourbon Bar

"We were really looking forward to trying Neat & Noble, and my first impression was very positive. I loved the atmosphere and ambiance, and I could immediately see the potential for this to be a place we would enjoy coming back to. Unfortunately, the service did not match the atmosphere. We were initially greeted by a gentleman who took care of our drinks and let us know that his shift was ending and another gentleman would be taking over. When the new server approached us, he asked if we wanted appetizers. We told him we were ready to place our order. He walked away—and never came back. After waiting without anyone returning to take our order, we ultimately decided to leave and have dinner somewhere else. On our way out, we were asked how everything was. We explained what had happened and why we were leaving. Unfortunately, that interaction seemed to fall flat as well. There was no attempt to address the situation or make things right, which was disappointing—especially since we were leaving without ever having had the opportunity to order dinner. I’m not sharing this to be unnecessarily negative. I believe honest feedback is important, particularly for a business with so much potential. The atmosphere was great, and we genuinely wanted to enjoy our evening there. I hope this was simply an off night, because with more attentive and consistent service, Neat & Noble could be a really enjoyable experience."

"Ordered a straight goose vodka martini with no vermouth and was essentially served water. The martini glass arrived half full, and when I questioned it, the older blonde woman bartender said, “Well, you ordered it without any additives, so that’s why.” A proper straight vodka martini is still a full pour of vodka (minimum 3oz) that’s chilled appropriately with ice….it shouldn’t be half a glass of watered-down vodka. Her response was also unnecessarily rude and dismissive. We also were the first to sit down, but I believe because of our age, multiple couples were recognized and served prior to us. Very disappointing experience. The ambiance was fantastic, I wish the service was of the same caliber :/"

"This was such a vibe. The ambiance is warm, cozy, upscale. Staff was amazing. This is was the perfect datenight."
