"Amazing beer"
"I visit this place from out of state every few years, and until now I’ve always had great memories here — great beer, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere. Unfortunately, today’s experience completely turned me off because of the service. The beer is still excellent, as always. But the service was honestly terrible. The staff simply poured the beer with no interaction at all — no welcoming attitude, no recommendations, no conversation about the beers, nothing. It honestly felt like we weren’t even encouraged to ask questions or talk to them. On top of that, the outside area was extremely loud, with kids screaming and running around while parents did nothing about it, which made the atmosphere even less enjoyable."
