"Excellent food choices and fresh hot food served by the kitchen staff. We really enjoyed the food. Ambiance is very simple and it had white table cloths and good Chinese and utensils. We were not impressed by the waiters at the restaurant, there were 3 of them and only 3 tables, but service was horrible. We had to call them everything our water glass was empty, after appetizers they did not offer dinner and wanted to close out tab, then after dinner never offered desert and asked to close outlr tab which we did. They never approached our table to.ask.if we needed anything and of were okay, our waitress in particular had shabby sweatshirt hoddy on which looked so, unprofessional. At the end 9f our meal around 10pm music was turned on so loud that we were not able to talk to each other and when asked the waiters to turn it down, she refused. We went as a family to enjoy our dinner 🍽. Getting Tea was another story, we ordered 2 teas at beginning and never received it after appetizers finished asked again .. no sight of tead, in the middle of dinner asked again then only one cup arrives and had to ask again for 2nd cup, which was half cup and old, 3rd cup was ordered. Horrible experience as service was terrible."

"I ordered chicken kothu parotta, but they gave me the egg version instead. When I called to report the mistake, instead of offering a proper resolution, they told me to order the egg version next time and ask them to compensate by adding chicken. This is not an acceptable way to handle a wrong order. Customers should receive what they paid for, and mistakes should be corrected professionally rather than asking customers to deal with the inconvenience on their next visit. Very disappointing customer service."
