"Been coming here for over 25 yrs. Got the worst experience. Made reservations for two tables (4 and 7) @ 11.15 am for Mother’s Day. Did not get to be seated until 12.30pm. (So much for making reservations!) Now only three course lunch menu offered$36 per head. No exceptions. We went and wanted breakfast. Manager hid behind the age old excuse: “ Corporate Policy!!” Decided to leave and go elsewhere for lunch. Worst ever experience. Message for Mim’s hierarchy: - Remove reservation option - Should warn customers that by the time they will be seated, only restricted menu available. Thanks for spoiling the very special day for 3 mothers 😡😡😡😡😡"

"Had an 11:15 reservation for Mother’s Day. We were not seated until 12:30pm. I get it, it’s Mother’s Day, and we are a party of 11. The wait isn’t what bothered me. What bothers me, is that we were seated after that long wait and told the brunch menu is no longer being served. The manager blamed corporate policies, but let’s be real, good customer service would entail honoring our 11:15AM reservation and allowing us to order from the brunch menu given we had a reservation and still had to wait an hour and thirty minutes. Just a heads up to the manager/staff; maybe let us know given the wait and likelihood of being seated AFTER the brunch menu is done being served, that we will not be able to order off the brunch menu. This would have saved us from even wasting our time and waiting almost 2hrs to be seated. We’ve been coming here for years and after this experience neither me, nor my family, will ever come to any Mimi’s Cafe ever again."
