"Chef Bobby is the absolute best! He came highly recommended as a wedding caterer, and he did not disappoint. After we booked our wedding venue, Bobby was the first vendor we hired after trying his food at a tasting. The food was absolutely delicious, and our guests could not stop raving about how good the food at our wedding was! Bobby is also such a stand up guy, when our wedding venue cancelled on the morning of, he offered up his event space to us in case we couldn't find another venue. He also volunteered to store our desserts in his kitchen since our wedding coordinator did not have power at her house due to the storms. We are so grateful that we were able to hire Chef Bobby to cater our wedding and recommend his business to everyone!"

Our experience started with a tasting at his shop where we were treated like family and that was one of our favorite moments of the planning process which felt like a date night. Leading up to the wedding, Bobby’s communication and attention to detail was first class. On the day of the wedding, his team was fantastic as we heard rave reviews about the crab cakes, pork belly, Kalbi, and truffle mashed potatoes. Bobby also handles food allergies like a pro which was seamless at the event. We are forever grateful for this experience and look forward to working with him again as he is part of our Ohana now. "We had Bobby cater our wedding in November and the food was such a hit! We would recommend them over and over again! We initially booked because of the cost and the word of mouth to book but here's why we'd book again- Our experience with Bobby started with private a tasting in their lounge of a few of the things we were hoping to have on our menu. We tried two mains, a salad and a few sides... when I say everything was a smash it, i really mean it! Our package included a third main and we honestly told him he could pick what to bring because obviously he knows how to cook- it'd be impossible to choose! For our wedding we had the kalbi shortribs, garlic shrimp, and huli huli chicken for our mains. Our salad was the one with the warm bacon dressing (OMG DELICIOUS), and we also had truffle mashed potatoes, a ratatouille, rice and i think 3 appetizers. It was ALL so good. Our guests have been raving about it since. Not only was the food to die for, but also the service before and during the wedding too! we had a few dietary restrictions to accommodate and Bobby was so easy to work with and already had ideas ready to go. Then there's the wait staff - who brought my husband and I full plates of everything first, before anyone else. So many people say they don't get to eat at their own weddings and they made sure that DIDNT happen to us. I was still so anxious that I didn't clear my plate but everything i DID eat was just as good as the tasting. The staff stayed and helped my coordinator for the rest of the night as well. After dinner they boxed up all the leftover food for us to take home and I was so happy for that! Since I didn't eat a ton at my own wedding I got to house all of the leftovers with our families. The taste, the value, the service... it really can't be beat. We've already decided we'll be tracking down his foodtruck whenever we can!"
