JCB Plaza Lounge

"I used it for the first time in a while, but the only cold drink available was water, and the only other things were hot coffee and tea bags. The reception staff also lacked energy. If you're going to go all the way up to the second floor of the Waikiki Shopping Plaza, the Rakuten Lounge at the International Market Place is many times better."

"It seems to have more people than the ANA lounge on the same floor. The restrooms are located outside on the same floor. A PIN is required. They offer tea and will store your luggage for free."

"My JCB card didn't work at Ross Dress for Less in Ala Moana, so I had them check it here. It turned out there was nothing wrong with the card; the problem was with the terminal at Ross Dress for Less. I was relieved they checked it thoroughly, especially since it could affect future purchases. The staff were friendly, they had drinks, and the sofas were comfortable; I'd love to stop by here between shopping trips in Waikiki. It's a real shame the lounge at Ala Moana is gone."
