"I eat bbq everywhere,every state. Just to see what the hype and taste buds of the town. I can definitely say, I am.totally disappointed at the taste palates of Seattle. I was born in Brooklyn lived Georgia, Florida,California and just moved from Portland Oregon. My sister a culinary artist and moms a lifetime cook for a restaurant.I know good food.This was the driest, no taste, non satisfying bbq I have ever tasted.No moisture in a brisket 🫣I had to put bbq sauce on the meat for flavor and moisturizer.
