Islands

"Food was great, waiter was horrible. Barely checked on us, refills were left wanting."

"Took my sister again to eat at this location thinking that it would be a great experience. Two managers that I'd complained about because of their lack of customer service skills were both there on the floor today. And the young woman who is a manager at a different location in Huntington Beach. It's good to see that you're actually in a uniform today cuz you weren't when I went in. If these two managers continue being there during the day at this location you will lose my business. And I eat at Islands four to six times a month"

"Party of 5 on a Saturday evening for dinner was top notch. They were able to get me a table that accommodated my guests after a little maneuvering with the staff. I truly appreciated it. The server was phenomenal! She was patient while we coordinated appetizers and meals and decided on drinks... it was a positive experience. A great time with yummy food... I didn't even snap pictures! It was cool inside and the TV's had the Dodger game playing, they even put it on the TV right by so we could watch."
