Hotel Rendale Miami Beach

"My reservation was cancelled by the hotel just one day before my scheduled arrival, without any explanation being provided. As a result, I was forced to find alternative accommodation at very short notice, which was significantly more expensive. This unexpected cancellation caused considerable inconvenience, stress, and additional costs. To make matters worse, I never received any compensation for the extra expenses I incurred as a direct result of the hotel’s actions. Cancelling a confirmed reservation at the last minute without offering a reasonable explanation, alternative solution, or adequate compensation is unacceptable. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel. The lack of professionalism, communication, and accountability has left a very negative impression."

"Over $330 paid. No accommodation provided. No refund received. Generator Miami (old name) later claimed that a refund had been processed, yet more than a year later they have still been unable to provided any prof that thé refund actually exists. Customers deserve better when hundreds of dollars are a stake."

"Very close to beach. Close to the trolleys that take you up and down the beach. Great atmosphere!"
