Harvey's On Noble Restaurant & Event Venue
Harvey's isn't your casual hangout; it's got that polished, slightly stiff atmosphere, probably because it doubles as a wedding factory. It's best for impressing the parents, a low-key anniversary dinner, or if you actually *are* attending an event here. What makes it unique is that the bar feels like an afterthought to the serious dining and event space, so don't expect a buzzing scene unless someone's cutting a cake.

Top Verified Reviews
"Very quiet, low lit, private and intimate"
"Average all around. Basic food service food only warmed up. No touches to food to make it better than very basic. Pork Chop was slightly under cooked. Hamburger steak was burned. Gravy was from a can. Both potatoes had been cooking all day. We arrived early and took over an hour. Won’t be back, unless we reluctantly accept an invitation to an event. Venue was nice but more of an event space and not a restaurant."
