"Service continues to decline with staff changes. I called them to explain to the owner but the owner’s wife hung up on me before she even listens to my complaint. My complaint was about the service we received on 17-April-26. I invited the owner of a leading transportation tour company to have him bring tourists to the restaurant but because we received poor and insulting service he decided he will never come back again. We ordered $92 food enough for 4 people that filled the small table they gave us, and we requested to move to a bigger table but staff refused. There were 3 bigger tables not reserved, available and never taken, but staff refused to move us claiming it is too late to move to a bigger table. I have been a customer of Hale Vietnam since they opened and now regret inviting important people under this failing management."
