"The food was okay, highly suggest the reuben eggroll and cheese curds, do NOT recommend the pretzels and I get pretzels for an app anywhere that has them. Service from our waiter was absolutely horrible, thank goodness for the food runner who brought food and cleared plates, and the other waiter who brought drinks because without those two we would still be sitting waiting."

"I’ve been a huge fan of Guinness my whole life and service here has been great everytime I’ve visit! beers are amazing, food sadly is mid but doable after a few drinks (helps to ignore the absurd pricing) but the thing I hate and truly hate about this place is how I saw a new manager disrespect his employees it’s disgusting and I can’t believe the gm or the business would allow him to be there. Second hand embarrassment drowned me so bad I had to close out and ask who he was to be talking to people like that and his name was Julian apparently his new and I could tell by his unprofessionalism. They apparently have a new management team that honestly makes you wonder why on earth would the brand hire them when you can see the morale is off and I even dare to say it’s dead. I’m usually here daily every time I’m in Chicago but this definitely left a sour taste in my mouth. I’m never going back."
