"Actively playing video poker at bar and bartender changes us for basic drinks. Avoid"
"Check in was a hassle... extra charges are hidden and ridiculous.. the gambling has hidden winning charges"
"We stayed there this last Memorial Weekend. The room and Casino were great. Our biggest complaint is that only one of the two elevators for the parking garage was working. This caused long lines and waits to get to and from our car. Also when I went to use the stairs instead of the elevator, the door to the floor my car was parked on was locked. You would think a Casino as well known and profitable as the Vegas Golden Nugget would ensure all the elevators were operational for thier parking garage, especially during a busy holiday weekend."
