"Very disappointed with my recent visit to Genghis Grill in Albuquerque. The food was not very good, and the service was extremely slow from start to finish. The most frustrating part was being told that I could not use any of my rewards. I have accumulated a lot of rewards over time and was specifically saving them to use on a future visit. When I asked about it, I was told that the owner was not allowing customers to use rewards or even earn rewards. If that's the case, it's unfair to loyal customers who spent their hard-earned money to earn those points in the first place. Rewards programs are supposed to reward customer loyalty, not take benefits away without warning. Between the disappointing food, slow service, and being unable to use the rewards I earned, this visit was a major letdown. Unfortunately, I won't be returning."
"food was delicious and lots of options. love this place wish there was one still in FL.. but was so happy to see one while visiting Albuquerque and it didn't disappoint. waitress was attentive and welcoming. hostess was nice too. food cooked and not charred. wish they still had the little wonton chips to go on the side.. helped take a little heat from my lips.. but would visit here again."
