"I came to grab a delivery order, however I had to use their bathroom and let me tell you... One of the cleanest and best smelling bathrooms I have been in the whole STL region. If the food is as good as the cleanliness of their bathrooms, then I would say this place is 5 ⭐"

"Came to this location to secure burnt ends since they are carrying them due to their other locations closing. Made the trip to secure them and can say I am thoroughly disappointed! I have been purchasing the burnt ends for years so I'm fully aware of what to expect and I can assure you I don't ever want them again! We usually would visit their Kirkwood or City location and purchase the burnt ends along with the sandwich, the barbecue one. Phenomenal and so good and what we got here was nothing like we were used to. We have never had a bad batch and they've always been consistently good so I would assume they have someone else making them now and totally a different experience. I came home and pan fried some of them and air fried the other half but still thoroughly disappointed."

"I havent been here in a few years and used to love this place. 2 nights in a row they where closed an hour and a half early while 5 seperate vehicles where telling each other they where closed and driving away. My friend said the person on the phone sounded miserable and didnt want to be there last night, when I told her to call back we have a large party. Today I ordered for pick up so we could actually order from them. The food was aweful.. 4 of us could not even take a 2nd or 3rd bite. The shrimp pasta smelt like rotting fish, the salad was placed inbetween 2 hot dishes and the dressing was sour, the Reuben was mushy and juicy. The fries where hard and blackened. I called to see about a refund or something and the women on the phone excused her self by stating she packaged the order and put the salad between napkins like 3 times? Stating the napkins wouldnt heat up the salad?.. Then tried to tell me the dishes are delicious, everybody loves their food, and tryed to convince me their food was amazing. ?? My pregnant sister was gagging at the smells and if a pregnant women cant eat it, that speaks for itself. She then wanted me to drive the food back up there to get a refund while trying to tell me the food is amazing? I told her she can refund us or I can just dispute it with my bank. She then told me Id be commiting bank fraud and Im not allowed to talk like this, I reitterated the food was disgusting, just refund all of it. She then told me again its 2026, Im not allowed to talk like this?! Then told me to get an education. She hung up on me when I asked to speak to a manager. We called back, she stated she was the manager and she continued to insult us and hung up the phone again. Do not eat at this place. What kind of service joke? Theres 4 adults who just witnessed their unprofessional behavior and terribly disgusting dishes. But a hot salad is delicious! Completely laughable. She said Im not allowed the threaten her with reviews either. Lol She was much worse then I can describe into words. Terribly embarassing for a business. Will be telling all friends and family in the area about this."
