Flanigan's Seafood Bar and Grill

"I had a very disappointing experience with the takeout service today at Flanigan’s. Surfside Miami Beach. The employee wearing a name tag that said “Lala” was extremely rude from the moment I walked in. When she asked for my name, her attitude was immediately unwelcoming. After I signed for my order, I politely asked if there was any chance my food could be ready in 15 minutes instead of the estimated 20. She snatched the receipt and pen from my hand, slammed them on the counter, and repeatedly said, “20 minutes, 20 minutes.” After waiting the full 20 minutes, I asked if my order was ready and was met with more attitude. When she asked how I wanted my sweet tea, I requested a medium amount of ice. She returned with a cup that had little to no ice, and the tea was warm. Throughout the interaction, she seemed annoyed by every question and completely ignored basic customer service. When my food was finally ready, she simply shoved it toward me without so much as a thank you. I’ve always enjoyed Flanigan’s, but this experience was unacceptable. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, and unfortunately that was not the case during this visit."
