"I scheduled a baby shower lunch for 24 people at this location and called about a week and a half in advance. One positive was that they did not require a deposit. However, when we arrived, there were only 11 chairs set up for our party, and my guests and I had to rearrange tables and chairs ourselves because there was no designated area properly prepared for us. There were also multiple parties placed in the same section, which made the space feel very crowded and claustrophobic. Our waitress did an amazing job handling such a large group on her own, and I truly appreciated her effort. Unfortunately, the food itself was disappointing. Not only did it not taste very good, but I also found a very long hair wrapped around one of my French fries. When I brought it up, the manager seemed irritated about replacing the meal rather than apologetic. On top of that, the pricing felt unreasonable. For just two drinks, one alcoholic beverage, and an appetizer, the total still came out to around $40. At the end, gratuity was already included on everyone’s bill (around $9 each), yet we were still prompted to leave an additional tip. Overall, the beautiful view was probably the best part of the experience. Between the poor food quality, lack of preparation for our reservation, and the uncomfortable atmosphere, I personally would not recommend this restaurant."
