"I stopped in because I’m new to the area and saw an event that I was interested in advertised on facebook, it said to rsvp and I went in with the intention of asking how to do so. Unfortunately, the bartender was so unfriendly I was uncomfortable speaking to her, she said nothing to me when I sat at the bar despite there being literally 3 people in there and dismissed me when I tried to talk to her. I asked if the bar also served peanuts because I’m deathly allergic, she said no — then I walked over to the vending machine which contained a ton of peanuts, mixed nuts, and various peanut butter snacks . This isn’t the problem of course, it’s your bar do what you want I suppose, it’s that she said “no”. If you have a food allergy— note that the bartenders likely aren’t privy to what alcohols contain peanuts/tree nuts. The decor was very cool, it was cute that people come in costume. I really just wish this place was more friendly to newcomers. I drove 30 minutes to check it out and stayed for a total of 10, then left disappointed."
