"Shut it down"
"Gross rooms and sub par service. Cockroach in room. Gross headboards. Gross carpet. No bellman (that’s you). No Valet."
"The only issue was 1) cleaning staff talking loudly up and down the hallways at all hours of the day/night. 2) sliding barn doors for the bathroom…so the bathroom door never actually closes. Super weird, super awkward. Very nice hotel. The free breakfast was ok, but free so I’m not complaining about that. Staff was extremely helpful"
