"Air conditioner didn’t work , They switched room for us , air conditioner still didn’t work well , I left my make up bag in room so when I got home I called and asked if the maid turned it in , They couldn’t give me no information they took down my name and room number and told me they would ask housekeepers the next day , so I called the next day they told me housekeepers were out to lunch to call back ( never heard of housekeepers going to lunch) so when I called back they could not locate my bag anywhere I had my sister n law go to pick bag up and had to threaten to file a police report before they finally located bag and it sure didn’t have everything in it and my medicine was all missing and they picked through make up , I should not have forgot it , but believe me the maids cannot be trusted , If you leave meds or jewelry behind , you can bet it will never be seen again, Will never stay there again"
"Nice stay, clean enough seemed to be in a rough neighborhood but acces to highway on/off Ramps quick and close"
