"I celebrated my birthday here with a group of friends and unfortunately left deeply disappointed. Our server, Jordan, was rude throughout the evening, and several of our meals came out overcooked. I'll be transparent: the reservation was made in my honor, and the time was adjusted later in the evening due to a travel delay on my part that was beyond my control. I mention this only for context. Regardless of timing or circumstance, every guest deserves attentive, courteous service, and that simply did not happen. This is a Michelin-recommended restaurant, and my expectations were set accordingly. That recognition carries weight, and the experience we received fell far short of what that standard implies. I left feeling like we were more of an inconvenience than valued guests. I hope management takes this seriously. A birthday dinner at a restaurant of this caliber should be memorable for the right reasons. Ours was not."
