"Took over an hour to get our food. Had to leave we had to get to graduation. The server was at least kind."
"Tasty and good service."
"Went to Chili’s for the first time in years today And was highly disappointed, from the moment we walked in hosts were horrible! Didn’t say a word to us just stared awkwardly till my husband said hello. Then again the other host walked us to the table and walked away no question for a booster or high chair for my son who’s a baby. The other host came by with attitude and slammed the high chair down and didn’t say a word. Our server was nice but then the food came and nothing was as good as we hoped food was over cooked, and late. The management needs to really get on these girls in front on customer service and attitude. Especially the one in front with the weird eyebrows. As a business owner myself I’d be so disappointed. Won’t be back . Sorry chilis"
