"We went on the evening of 5/29/26 and the hostess were confused as to how long I wanted to wait for an opened table 🥴😒As we waited outside, my husband waited 10 mins and went inside and they ask clarifying questions (like they originally should have) and magically there's an open table 🥴😒 Customer Service skills should be the first requirement for a hostess."

"Have dined at this Chilis now 3 times. First time service was amazing food was great. Each time since the service has gone down. And on the last visit on 5/22/26 the service was bad wnough we wont be returning. Getting seated at the restaurant very straight forward and quick. Thats where good service ended. After being immediately seated we waited and waited and waited. Approximately 15 minutes for our waitress Gloria to even acknowledge our table. Then another 5 minutes to even get a drink order and thats where things went down hill. Gloria finally comes to take our drink order but we say we are ready to order as we were there with a 2 year old and 4 year old who were over waiting and gives my wide the most annoyed atitude ive seen and starts mumbling under her breath. Once orders are placed things seem like they're getting better. No, every plate came out seperately and out sons food took another 15 mins because Gloria didnt come hybto check in us and based on her attitude probably intentionally did not put his order in ( it was not showing on the ziosk until after we asked ). After finally delivering all plates of food we asked why everything was severed separately? Gloria stated to us that that was just how Chilis does things. Which is very weird to me, because i have been eating at Chilis longer than shes probably been alive and the level of service received was a first. Needless to say Gloria was rude inattentive and argumentative the entire time. When brought to the attention of management Gloria again stood right there mocking and scoffing ( very unprofessional, manager should have removed waitress from area at that point ) and management did not seem to care. The one thing i will say about this location is the food has always been good. Service on the other hand can use work."
