"FYI- careful when paying. Went and placed an order to go, when paying with credit card I didn't push any button for tip just pressed pay total amount. I went to sit down and wait for my order. I was looking at receipt and saw that a tip was automatically added, close to $5.00. My total was supposed to $20. 57 and it was over $25.00. I am on a budget and keep an eye on my finances. I didn't know about the instant tip added til now. Will start going over bill before pushing total amount from now on. Cashier was nice when tip went through without me knowing but when I removed tip she just said here's your food, left it on counter and walked back to the kitchen. I was going to give her a couple of bucks when she called my name for my order but it didn't happen. Food was good though."
"I had ordered chilis thru the uber eats app and unfortunately had my order stolen by the driver. I explained this to the manager and he was able to replace my order (even though he didn't have to). I was able to enjoy my meal thanks to the wonderful staff and manager. Thank you, chilis!"
"The 3 for me deal is great. Service was perfect. Got it to go and everything was great! Food was warm, great portions. Definitely going to do it again. Great deal also, 100% job. Thanks"
