"We've been going here for years but were disappointed to find that our favorite tapa, the glazed pork ribs, were removed from the menu. The halibut ceviche tasted good but the portion is way smaller than it used to be even though the price is still the same. And what happened to the churros? It taste's like they changed the recipe and they're not as good as it used to be. It used to have an orange or citrus essence note that really elevated it but now it's just a regular churro that has a strange buttery flavor that tastes kind of cheap. The chocolate dip was watery and they add way too much whipped cream. It's like they are trying to hide it. And now, it's even more expensive as you can only get a family sized portion of churros which means you can't order churros as a small dessert anymore. In every cafe in Spain, you can order a small portion of churros for dessert but here, you can only get a family size? That doesn't make sense. Our server was good but poor guy was stretched thin so that's more a management problem. He was covering 8 or more tables, each with large parties so he wasn't as attentive, but he did his best. We usually go here several times a year and there has been a noticeable decline in quality the last few visits - we hope they can turn it around as it's a fun place to take friends and family. But with how expensive prices are everywhere, you have to provide quality for us to justify coming back."
"This had to have been the worst service I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Took 30 minutes to get a drink/order anything and they weren’t even that busy. Much of the food kept getting served warm too. Never coming back"
"Avoid Marissa on the outside patio if you can. It took over 30 minutes to get a drink order in for a single person in a party of 16. Was ultimately charged for something I did not order but was served at my table. I guess they like to put in an expensive order then say “well you ate it so I can’t do anything about that” after saying “well anyone want the paella?”"
