Buffalo Wild Wings

"Won't be coming back here anymore. Waited almost an hr and a half for our order. They kept on saying 10 minutes, 10 minutes, 10 minutes, "we're packing your order" then comes out again another 10 minutes because they are still working on our order. Terrible service! When we got our order we had missing wings and the box of fries half empty!!! Do better, people expect better service than that."

"THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE INSPECTED URGENTLY! - Appearantly I've had the same mediocre service issues as many others have had at this location. But something that is unacceptable is having my toddlers wings drenched in mango habanero sauce rather than barbecue. Poor baby took one bite and couldn't stand the pain on his tongue. One thing is being inattentive to customers but another is being negligent in the kitchen people with severe allergies can die because of mix ups like that. Not to mention the disgusting bathrooms! I can only imagine how the kitchen looks... no wonder we often feel sick after eating here. Ive tried to give them several chances but its no use, nothing changes. We will not be dining at this location ever again."

"Make an order at 645p ....it's 810p and "we are still waiting on your wings...." wait what? Why schedule pick up at 8p and still not be ready. Update: gives me the food finally at 830p. No ranch, missing wings, no utensils, no beer cheese for pretzels. Very disappointing....ESPECIALLY AFTER an 1.5 hr wait.."
