"Had a memorable dining experience at Buckhorn Exchange. We tried the Rocky Mountain oysters and the elk steak for a true taste of Colorado. The elk steak was tender, flavorful, and cooked perfectly, while the Rocky Mountain oysters were a fun and unique dish to experience. The restaurant’s historic atmosphere and Western decor make it feel like stepping back in time. Friendly service and a one-of-a-kind dining experience. A must-visit spot for anyone looking to try classic Colorado cuisine."
"Get the oysters and the prime rib."
"I wanted to love this place, but it was just so mediocre. The Rocky Mountain oysters just tasted like fried breading. It could have been any mystery meat and I would have had no idea. Then hade an elk and buffalo combo special. Was just ehh. My guess is it was better in 1893 than 2026"
