Brooklyn Bowl Nashville

"What a cool spot! Good viewpoints from above on 2nd level as well as first level. Acoustics and sound were good. Drinks a little pricy, but that is to expect in most music venues like this."

"Brooklyn Bowl has absolutely horrible sound quality at every single show I’ve been to, which is about 5-7 shows now. I don’t think I’ll book another ticket unless something changes. The bass overwhelms the mix and there are barely any main vocals to be heard. If you are excited about hearing one of your favorite artists sing live, prepare for the let down of your life - YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO HEAR A THING of their vocals. I have seen a variety of artists and music genres at Brooklyn Bowl ranging from: country, pop, neo soul, funk/fushion, blues, folk, etc. and it’s the same every single time. They need to consult some acoustic experts or adjust speakers and/or hire a different sort of sound engineer for mixing. It’s an interesting space for a music venue, as is, because it’s hard to contain the sound to the space. But, if they are going to book these artists and charge what they do, they need to step it up. And most importantly, people need to know what to expect, or not to expect much, rather. City Winery, Blue Room, Marathon Music Works, Exit/In, Basement/Basement East are all venues with better quality sound. Hopefully your beloved artists will book at those venues instead."

"Unique place. Had a good layout. Easy to get around and really was not a bad place that I saw to see the stage. Will check them out for future shows."
